MID Consulting has been established as a computer hardware and software support company since 1994. It began in Long Beach, CA as Minno Integrated Solutions (MIS). The company started as a software development firm for several small businesses catering to their networked hardware and customized software systems. In 1998, the company delved into diversified technology support and development thereby changing into Minno Integrated Development (MID). The company accepted various contracts outside the country. One contract was to design and develop software for a transportation agency in Asia. It had also provided computer technology materials for schools and universities within Asia. In 1999, MID moved its base to Oahu, Hawaii.
Minno Integrated Development was founded by Rodolfo Golez, Jr. The founder has undergone comprehensive and extensive training in the field of computer technology. He has undergraduate study in engineering and holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in Los Angeles, California. He also holds specializations in several aspects of Business Development and Information Technology acquired from Covey Leadership and Corporate Management Training, Sybase Corporation, Oracle Corporation and the Microsoft Corporation. In 1994, while finishing his degree in Los Angeles, CA, he began the company to support friends and families who needed computer services. After graduation in Spring of 1994, while attending post degree in UCLA (MSIS) and advanced classes in Microsoft University, he started working as a hardware technician and became an assembly supervisor for the Tandy Corporation. Shortly after, he left Tandy and was hired for a contract with Allied Signal Aerospace as a workstation and mid-range specialist. All the while further completing his MSIS and Advanced Application Development; he finished the aerospace contract and accepted a new contract with UNOCAL 76 Oil Refineries as a Junior Programmer Analyst. He has also worked with several other reputable companies such as Data Flex Corporation, AMTEC Systems Corporation, HealthCare Microsystems (HCM) and SunAmerica Financials. With HCM and Sun America, he worked as a Client-Server Specialist
and Database Administrator. Continually further educating himself he attended advanced classes in Commercial Imaging Design, Advance System Software Design and Data Warehousing Architecture from the Oracle Corporation. He has deployed software nationwide, trained on-site groups of users and has also worked on projects contracted outside the U.S. The on-going demand for services never subsided. In the meantime, CompUSA hired him as a Technology Instructor specializing in Project Management & Business Application Design and Development. Shortly after, he resigned from teaching at CompUSA to devote his time for a contract with the U.S. Department of Defense as a, instructor, software engr/Senior systems analyst and an efficiency expert, stationed in Hawaii supporting the Pacific Rim.
After 9 years of service to the United States Army at US Army Garrison, Wheeler Air Base,
he accepted a new position at the Center For Excellence, a direct reporting unit
to the Pacific Command as a senior systems analyst, database administrator, and
a software engineer supporting the center's domestic and international
activities on geopolitical peace-keeping, disaster management and humanitarian
assistance.
Today, MID Consulting has gathered a team of subject matter experts(SME) in the following fields: Engineering
and acoustics, digital graphics design, business strategy development, business
application design and development, systems architecture and management,
clinical and education material development for lectures and workshop. MID specializes in various developments analyzing business processes and providing the solutions to improve efficiency and productivity of
